International Yoga teacher training course

Healing and Transformation

30.01.2011 - 27.02.2011
&
29.01.2011 - 26.02.2011
 CASA EL MORISCO

Ayur Yoga is a holistic form of Yoga, following the tradition of Krishnamacharya through the connection of body, breath and spirit as a whole. The emphasis is placed on creating an appropriate practice for each individual, focusing on his or her specific needs. The philosophy of yoga is perhaps more relevant now because of the way in which we are living our lives. Ayur Yoga brings together yoga and Ayurveda, which is a very important combination. This is reflected through the practice in different classes

CASA EL MORISCO

This international intensive training course is suitable for people who want to deepen their own yoga practice, or for those who are interested in teaching yoga. The training course is not only suitable for becoming a practitioner of Ayur Yoga, but also for personal growth and development through the practice. Not only does this program give you the knowledge and training to become a teacher, but it also encourages self-reflection and how to make yoga a part of your daily life.  After various tests and a thesis, you will receive an Ayur Yoga Teachers Diploma

The views of various participants of the training course:

In these 4 weeks I was able to dip deeply into yoga. Remo has understood a loving and eight full framework where shared growth, to identify potential, deepen yoga practice and theory was possible. I know I could buy today and have great pleasure in teaching various Yogastufen, including yoga for people with health problems.

I should like to express my sincere thanks to our yoga teacher Remo Rittiner. His anatomical expertise has absolutely convinced me. His teaching is intense with emerging issues of the functional anatomy apart. He links the yoga tradition with the newest anatomical knowledge and brings his yoga hours, from the therapeutic perspective, to the highest level. Alexander Hotz, a physiotherapist from Constance

After four very intense weeks of yoga sunshine in Spain, I feel more rooted in myself and inspires other people to deal with openly. Under the theme "Healing and Transformation" was a lot of space and space was created. That means in addition to the expanded movement and breathing spaces and intellectual horizons, to strengthen the intuition, to learn for themselves and others to create more space. In my profession, I feel encouraged the people as a marvel and part of a large system to see that it's absolutely worth with self-awareness and therefore greater responsibility to be lifelong. I am very grateful for the specialist, the many inspirations and ideas with ease through the yoga practice and life to go. Yoga strengthens my back and directed me to make a long breath and calms the mind to the everyday challenges better meet them. Beate Heinecke, Heilpraktikerin, fasting, Yoga teacher and director

Since about 4 years, I practice yoga, and was also a long time in an ashram. The training with Remo has given me so many new pages of Yoga showed me that I have sometimes seemed like a beginner, although I am physically very fit. I am glad that, at the individual human custom, yoga known to have learned. This was my own practice much body-friendly and interesting and have also been many positive experiences and feedback, the yoga teacher, made. The training I can only recommend everyone to teach yoga or would like to learn very hard.

The practical and theoretical teaching yoga, I was allowed to live in Spain, was technically sound, diverse, disciplined and full of lightness and joy, dynamic and full of life and sometimes just as powerful as static. Just as I have you, Remo, as experienced teachers. Very disciplined, never losing the thread, but also gentle, playful and sensitive in dealing with the students. I could write a lot of your Professional Learning and still remains the most experience, not only to practice yoga, but yoga in these four weeks to have lived.

One of the best memories for me include the chanting in the group, partly under the blue spring sky and our common evening meditations.

You gave the masses of curriculum seemingly effortless and always structured in four weeks without loss of concentration to the group. Here you have the needs of the students always closely monitored and with surprising, wild, and very liberating dance deposits secured our attention. I have a lot of clarity and structure in the field of asanas and won both the mental and emotional level of yoga and learn to know may.
The time in Spain was for me not only an education, but also a real advancement for my life.

Karin Ueckert, Physiotherapist and Yoga teacher
