My work leads you into the wondrous world of resonance energy fields,
also called morphogenetic fields. The goal of this work is the
detection and resolution of energetic imbalances and blockages that
can manifest in various ways: either physically (as pain), mentally
(as repeating thoughts in your mind), or emotionally (as bad
feelings that we cannot get rid off).
To make you familiar with simple but effective self-help-techniques is an
important value which guides me in my sessions.
Standard
offer: Depending on your situation and personal needs I usually work
with the 3 following methods:
MET (Meridian
Energy Techniques)
One of the best self-help techniques I have come across is Meridian
Tapping. There are different techniques (MET, EFT, TFT etc.) that
all use the basic principle of tapping meridians at specific
meridian points in order to overcome energy blockages and
re-establish the energy balance needed for functioning and feeling
well.
Easy to learn and apply, you can use this technique in all
situations where you feel out of balance. Be it because of fear,
anger, guilt, panic, depressive moods, loneliness, phobias and even
physical discomfort (e.g. migraines, back pain)
Applying
meridian tapping can help you to release negative effects and to
rebalance your system on an emotional and physical level.
Kinesiology is often solely associated with muscle testing. And indeed, the
muscle test is its most important technique to communicate with the
body and the entire human system.
Kinesiology, however, is much
more than just the muscle testing. It is a holistic approach to
diagnosing and rebalancing the human system with many different
facets.
It's major benefit lies in using
the body’s wisdom to identify the real cause of stress or health
problem and at the same time, using the body’s wisdom to find the
most appropriate treatment.
This can be a treatment which is
part of the energy-oriented Kinesiology repertoire (e.g. energy
healing techniques, colour therapy, essences) But, by using the
muscle test, I can also help you to identify necessary treatments
needed by other specialists who are operating in different healing
areas (e.g. chiropractic, osteopathy, orthodox medicine).
Family and Systemic Constellations is a therapeutic method
which has been influenced by many different psychologists (e.g.
Hellinger, Satir, DeShazer etc.).
One core aspect of the
constellation methodology is to find out about and to shed light on
systemic dynamics inherent in the considered system which are
usually not recognisable or explicable by logical or rational
contemplation.
The objective is to release
stress and profound tensions within and between people, as well as
within the whole system.
Beside interactive human
systems, the systemic constellation approach can also be applied to
systems with more abstract systemic elements (e.g. objectives,
obstacles, ideas, money, houses)
