YOGA,
initially, can feel slightly odd to beginners. With various movements,
postures and breathing techniques, the practice accesses parts of our
bodies that we are either disconnected from or unfamiliar with.
YOGA
sometimes sends the body into a state of resistance. This is a good
sign that the body is cleansing itself from all the stagnant toxins that
have built up within. This is part of the ebb and flow of the practice;
some days, you will feel refreshed and rejuvenated and others, you may
have a more negative experience as you rid your body of these toxins.
