Yoga

YOGA is the philosophy of finding the complete balance of body, mind and soul.

 

YOGA is as current and valuable as ever. YOGA is much more than a temporary experience.

 

Incorporating the YOGA practice into your daily life will not only improve your physical wellbeiing

but also your peace of mind. In the beginning some participants may experience physical resistance during the Yogapostures. However with regular practice the effects of YOGA will lead to a much improved lifestyle.

 

YOGA is widely practiced around the world and has a strong transformative effect.

YOGA, initially, can feel slightly odd to beginners.  With various movements, postures and breathing techniques, the practice accesses parts of our bodies that we are either disconnected from or unfamiliar with.

 

YOGA sometimes sends the body into a state of resistance.  This is a good sign that the body is cleansing itself from all the stagnant toxins that have built up within.  This is part of the ebb and flow of the practice; some days, you will feel refreshed and rejuvenated and others, you may have a more negative experience as you rid your body of these toxins.

 

YOGA is widely practiced around the world.  Often when we begin practicing YOGA we have a specific goal in mind.  But, many people find that as their practice continues, their goals and intentions change. For many people this is a big challenge. With years of YOGA as a way of life, the superficial learning leads to a lifestyle

 

YOGA is a transformative practice.  Little by little, your body adjusts, responds, your mind clears and all the resistance you may have experienced in the beginning, melts away

 

YOGA is timeless because the needs of our soul have not changed in spite of all our modern technical advances.
